Learn Stage
The Learn stage is the sixth and final stage of the COMPEL lifecycle where the organization systematically captures lessons learned, codifies new knowledge gained during transformation, shares insights across the enterprise, and feeds those learnings back into the beginning of the next cycle.
What this means in practice
This stage transforms episodic project experience into durable organizational capability, preventing the common pattern where each initiative starts from scratch. For organizations, it converts COMPEL from a one-time program into a continuous improvement engine. Module 3.5, Article 6 covers the knowledge management infrastructure the AITGP designs to institutionalize learning at enterprise scale.
