COMPEL Glossary / produce-compel-stage

Produce (COMPEL Stage)

Produce is the fourth COMPEL stage and the execution engine of each 12-week cycle.

What this means in practice

Strategy becomes reality through structured two-week transformation sprints that deliver outcomes across all four pillars simultaneously -- not just technology, but also governance frameworks, training programs, and process redesigns. A typical sprint might include deploying a forecasting model (Technology), finalizing its impact assessment (Governance), delivering AI literacy training to the supply chain team (People), and documenting the revised planning workflow (Process). Produce also manages the critical pilot-to-production pathway through structured production readiness processes that address MLOps, governance clearance, integration testing, and user readiness in parallel rather than sequentially.
