Growth mindset

The belief that abilities can be developed through effort and learning — foundation for continuous learning in AI-era work.

What this means in practice

Contrasts with fixed mindset; the growth-mindset construct is central to workforce transformation because AI introduces new skills continuously and organisations with fixed-mindset cultures cannot keep pace.
