Maturity Baseline Report

A scored assessment of the organization's current AI capability maturity across people, process, technology, and governance dimensions, establishing the starting point against which transformation progress is measured.

It identifies gaps that must be closed before the organization can safely advance to later COMPEL stages.

Context in the COMPEL framework

Produced in the Calibrate stage to establish a measurable baseline. All subsequent readiness assessments are compared against this baseline to track improvement.
