Quick Win

A quick win is a transformation initiative strategically selected and designed to deliver visible, measurable, and broadly recognized value within a short timeframe (typically six to twelve weeks), building organizational momentum, stakeholder confidence, and political support for the broader, longer-term transformation program.

What this means in practice

Quick wins are not merely easy projects; they must be selected to demonstrate credible AI value, build capability that serves subsequent initiatives, and address a genuine business need that stakeholders care about. For organizations, quick wins are the antidote to transformation fatigue and stakeholder skepticism.
