Embedded archetype

Operating-model archetype in which AI capability is fully embedded in every business function with minimal central structure — highest business-proximity, highest divergence risk.

What this means in practice

Viable only in mature organizations with strong shared platforms, established AI literacy, and robust governance-through-shared-tooling.
