COMPEL Glossary / compliance-grade-literacy-evidence

Compliance-grade literacy evidence

Records of literacy completion, scores, and re-certification that satisfy regulator, auditor, and works-council scrutiny.

What this means in practice

Required under EU AI Act Article 4 and ISO/IEC 42001 Clauses 7.2/7.3; generic LMS completion is typically insufficient because it lacks role-mapping and re-certification proof.

Synonyms

Article 4 evidence , regulator-ready literacy records
