AITGP (COMPEL Certified Consultant)
AITGP is the Level 3 COMPEL certification for professionals who have mastered the skills needed to architect enterprise-level AI transformation strategies, design operating models, build governance frameworks, and mentor specialist-level practitioners.
What this means in practice
The AITGP operates at the intersection of strategy, technology, organizational design, and governance, defining the boundaries within which all AI transformation activity takes place. Unlike the Level 2 AITP who executes within defined boundaries, the AITGP defines those boundaries by shaping the strategic context. The Level 3 curriculum (Modules 3.1-3.6) covers enterprise AI strategy, organizational transformation, advanced technology architecture, governance as strategic advantage, teaching and methodology stewardship, and a comprehensive capstone project requiring a live oral defense.
