COMPEL Glossary / aite-ats
AITE-ATS
Agentic Transformation Specialist.
What this means in practice
An expert certification credential (80 hours) validating expertise in governing autonomous AI agents within enterprise transformation contexts. Covers agent architecture patterns, multi-agent orchestration, autonomy level governance, kill switches, and compliance evidence collection for agentic systems. Requires AITP certification as a prerequisite. Spans the Model, Produce, and Evaluate COMPEL stages.
Context in the COMPEL framework
Complements external training Agentic AI Bootcamp. Requires AITGP (Governance Professional) certification. The premier agent governance credential.
Why it matters
AITE-ATS is the only credential specifically targeting agentic AI governance within transformation contexts. As autonomous agents become more prevalent, organizations need professionals who can govern them within a transformation framework, not just deploy them technically.
How COMPEL uses it
Maps to the Model stage (agent architecture design, autonomy level governance), Produce stage (agent deployment, observability), and Evaluate stage (agent performance, compliance evidence). The Agent Governance cross-cutting layer is central to this expert certification.
