Tool Call Authorization
Tool call authorization controls which tools and APIs an AI agent may access, with what parameters and approval requirements.
What this means in practice
In agentic AI, this prevents unauthorized system access and resource consumption. For organizations, it is among the most critical governance controls. In COMPEL, it is part of the delegation framework in Module 3.4, Article 11.
