COMPEL Glossary / remediation-roadmap

Remediation roadmap

A phased, resourced plan that closes identified readiness gaps, sequenced against the organisation's change capacity and dependency map.

What this means in practice

Distinct from a general transformation roadmap because the inputs are assessment-derived gaps, not feature ambition.
