Measurement plan

A pre-launch document naming hypothesis, metrics, sources, cadence, analysis method, and decision rule for an AI feature.

What this means in practice

Required before deployment so that value claims cannot be reverse-engineered from outcomes; aligns with ISO/IEC 42001 Clause 9.1 monitoring obligations and NIST AI RMF MEASURE 1.1.
