Maturity Progression Dashboard
A maturity progression dashboard is a visual governance tool that tracks an organization's advancement across the 18 COMPEL maturity domains over time, displaying current scores, historical trends, targets, and the gaps remaining for each domain.
What this means in practice
It provides at-a-glance visibility into which areas are progressing as planned, which are stalling, and where intervention is needed. For executives and steering committees, the dashboard translates complex assessment data into an actionable visual format. In COMPEL, the maturity progression dashboard is a key Evaluate stage artifact designed in Module 2.5, Article 3.
