KPI Review Report

A structured, cadenced report that measures actual AI system and program performance against the KPIs defined in the Value Thesis Register and Measurement Model — presenting actuals vs.

What this means in practice

targets, variance analysis, trend data, and recommended actions for underperforming metrics. It is the primary mechanism for holding AI investments accountable to their stated business case.

Produced in the Evaluate stage on a defined review cadence. KPI Review Reports are direct inputs to Gate Review Decision Records and to the ROI and Outcome Report.
