Capability compounding is the principle that AI capabilities build upon each other, with each making subsequent ones easier and more valuable.
What this means in practice
Strong data governance makes model development efficient; robust MLOps makes deployment faster. For portfolio design, it should drive initiative sequencing. In COMPEL, it is a core portfolio principle in Module 4.1.
