Benefits Register

A benefits register catalogs expected and realized benefits specifying description, magnitude, measurement method, owner, and evidence.

What this means in practice

It serves as both planning and accountability tool preventing claims of success from activity rather than value delivery. For organizations, it closes the gap between promised and actual value. In COMPEL, it is created during Model in Module 2.5.
