AITS-WCT
Workforce Change for Transformation.
What this means in practice
A specialization credential (60 hours) validating competency in managing workforce change during AI transformation programs, including skills gap analysis, training program design, adoption measurement, and cultural change leadership. Requires AITP certification as a prerequisite. Spans the Organize and Learn COMPEL stages.
Why it matters
AITS-WCT addresses the most common failure mode in AI transformation: treating it as a technology deployment rather than an organizational change. It validates that professionals can manage the human dimension of transformation.
How COMPEL uses it
Maps to the Organize stage (workforce planning, training design, CoE formation) and Learn stage (adoption measurement, continuous capability development). The capstone project requires designing and measuring a workforce transformation program.
